are the driving forces which have been inspiring us Soroptimists for over a hundred years. 2021 we celebrated our 100th

 anniversary as an non-government international service organisation by professional women serving women and girls

worldwide.

Our six programme areas are education, health, environment, goodwill and understanding, human rights, economic and

social development.

Within Soroptimist Europe the network of „Soroptimist Danube“ focuses on civil societies in European Countries along

the Danube: from Ulm, Germany to the Black Sea in Bulgaria. We meet on a regular basis. Due to the pandemic, we are

longing to do so in person again. Our latest international conference , planned in Brasov, Rumania for 2021, has been

postponed.
